New Idea For Year and Blog

I had an epiphany today. I was driving back to my place with bagels from Panera and I saw a tire in the road. More specifically this tire was in the road just as you come around a bend. And I thought, "If someone, comes around and the lane next to them is occupied, they are going to nail that tire and hurt their car." So I pulled in the next driveway, about a block down the road, jogged back and threw the tire into the ditch. My epiphany was, all the time I see people in situations that require help or assistance. Maybe I could start giving that assistance to people. Some have accused me of having little patience or generosity. I disagree with those statements, but it makes me wonder, could I be doing more? And of course, I answer yes. So my idea is simple but honest, I want to try to do some good deed everyday for an entire year. I'm just coming up with the idea. I haven't worked out the specifics. Of course, I'd like to do big deeds that require lots of money and extravagant ideas. But I'm sure I'll have to start small like the tire opportunity. I have decided to blog about each day's assistance. Check back daily and see how it turns out as I try to help strangers and maybe learn about myself through the process.

you should blog about the time a few months ago when you changed the tire for the two elderly ladies in the jc penney's parking lot in subzero temperatures. while wearing shorts.
